Submission Guidelines

H W Sync is proud to work with independent labels, publishers, artists, writers, and composers from around the world.

We understand that finding the right sync partner is an important decision for both creatives and rights holders. We're always interested in discovering outstanding music and building relationships with talented creators whose work has the potential to connect with our clients across film, television, advertising, gaming, and digital media.

We welcome submissions from artists, composers, producers, publishers, and rights holders who believe their music is a good fit for our catalogue.

To help us review your music efficiently and give your submission the best possible consideration, please read the guidelines below before submitting. While we listen to every submission we receive, the volume of music sent to us means we are unable to respond to every submission individually. If we feel your music may be a good fit for H W Sync, we will be in touch.

  • Email submissions to helen@hwsync.co.uk with "Submission" clearly stated in the subject line.

  • You must own or control the rights to the music you are submitting, or have the authority to submit the works on behalf of the relevant rights holder(s).

  • Please include streamable links to your music rather than large audio file attachments. Ideally, this should be a playlist that provides an overview of your catalogue.

  • Include a brief introduction to yourself, your project, label, publishing company, or catalogue, along with any relevant website or social media links.

  • Please let us know if your music is currently represented by another sync agency, publisher, licensing company, or other third party.

  • Advise whether you are seeking representation as an artist, composer, publisher, label, or catalogue owner.

  • We welcome submissions across all genres and styles, provided the music is professionally produced and commercially competitive.

  • If your music contains samples, please ensure these have been properly cleared before submission.

  • Due to the volume of submissions received, we are unable to respond to every submission. If we feel there may be an opportunity to work together, we will be in touch.
