H W Sync was founded after more than 15 years working in music synchronisation with the aim of demystify the world of sync and licensing for both musicians and creatives.

From pitching to licensing and invoicing, I help break down and simplify the sync and licensing process for artists, labels, publishers and songwriters. Throughout my time in the industry I have worked at both indies and majors across high profile catalogues such as David Bowie, George Michael, The Cranberries, Radiohead, The Prodigy and many more. I also have a track record of securing syncs for lesser known artists as well as those from countries often underrepresented within the industry.
